Warm, culturally responsive counselling for adults and couples navigating anxiety,
grief, trauma, chronic health concerns, relationships, work-life balance, and major life transitions.
Therapy that makes room for the whole of your experience.
Counselling can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you are carrying,
reconnect with yourself, and move toward the relationships and life you want.
My approach is client-centred, compassionate, and attentive to culture, family,
identity, migration, and the many contexts that shape how we experience the world.

What brings people to counselling
You don’t need a perfect explanation for what you’re feeling.
01
Anxiety & overwhelm
When your mind feels constantly switched on, worried, tense, or exhausted.
02
Grief & loss
Support through bereavement, change, endings, and losses that may be visible or deeply personal.
03
Trauma
A paced, compassionate space to understand the impact of painful or overwhelming experiences.
04
Relationships
Patterns, boundaries, conflict, connection, breakups, and the relationships that matter to you.
05
Culture & identity
Making room for migration, family expectations, belonging, assimilation, and multicultural identity.
06
Life transitions
Support through change in work, family, health, partnership, roles, or sense of self.
My approach
Counselling centred on safety, collaboration, and what matters to you.
01
Client-centred
Your experience, comfort, pace, and goals stay at the centre of the work.
02
Culturally responsive
Culture, migration, language, family, community, and identity are welcomed into the room when they matter to you.
03
Compassionate and practical
Therapy can offer both space for reflection and meaningful tools for navigating life outside the session.
04
Collaborative
We work together rather than assuming there is one “right” way to heal, cope, communicate, or change.
Culturally responsive care
Your culture is not something you need to leave at the door.
South Asian, immigrant, BIPOC, and multicultural clients are warmly welcomed — and my practice is open to people from every background.
Therapy can feel different when you don’t have to spend the whole session translating the cultural context
behind family expectations, relationships, identity, belonging, or migration.
Languages offered
English · Kannada · Telugu · Hindi
Tamil can also be accommodated conversationally.
